Hey everyone! I don’t know much about cacti and succulents, but somehow I’ve kept this fairy castle alive for a few years now (with lots of ups and downs!)

Today I noticed these little protrusions - are they roots? What’s happening here?

I think it’s new growth not roots, you’re doing something right. They rarely flower indoors and are about 10 years old before they do.
