# Hi there! My partner bought me this cutie for my birthday back in…

Hi there! My partner bought me this cutie for my birthday back in June and since then we have been going back and forth on what kind of plant this is. I have it labeled on my page as a “mangave” but now I’m thinking it’s a zebra plant or some variation of aloe. Any thoughts?

Looks like Haworthia. I don’t know which kind.

looks like haworthiopsis venosa (or tesselatta), both named for their interesting venation. highly recommend researching these, llifle is a good taxonomical resource
