I inherited this poor little guy from someone in my office. He looks quite sad. Maybe overwatered? Any suggestions on how to help him? His leaves are very fragile and soft.  
I am extremely new to growing plants in general (reformed black thumb!).

I would keep him bare rooted until you get the new soil. But you might have very little of this Tiger Jaws to save. Most seems totally roten 😭
