Can somebody tell me why my echeveria ‘Licorice’ is growing wrinkly leaves that are hard and losing leaves rapidly at the bottom?

She’s in bright direct sunlight window and was blooming in the winter last year. Please help!

She looks pretty leggy even though you said she’s in direct sun. Wrinkling can come from not enough water but you’ll have to do more research to be sure.

I have this same issue. It feels like I’m giving mine plenty of water, but I think the problem is coming from having multiple plants in a big succulent garden. Idk if I can give up my cute setup tho 🥺

Seems like the pot itself might not be able to retain as much moisture as the plant requires. Might need to restart this plant all together.

Restart by repotting or by cutting the plant’s stem at the bottom off?

I’m no expert but seems like in this situation the classic chop and prop might be the best solution. That’s what I mean.
