my best friend asked me to rehabilitate her aloe plant. so far it’s been repotted \& watered.  
any other tips/advice?!

Be carful about the size of pot you use. You want it to be 2-4 inches larger than the root ball. Sometime that can feel crazy small based on what the plant looks like, but it will save you the risk of root rot down the road. Especially if this guy is needing some TLC.

Let him dry out completely before watering. Wait till you notice it’s growing again and then start your fertilizer routine :)
