!!Im new to to plants!!

I think I have a “pink lady” When i first got felipe(my plant) he had little yellow flowers growing out of him but now theirs dead and crumbly, there was also more of felipe growing out the side but its gone now as well? I water him every 2 weeks and he stays in my window but i still think he’s dying. The pot doesn’t have a drain hole on the bottom but I don’t have access to get him a new one. 1st image is when I got him 2nd is now, please help!!
