I spy with my little eye… a rattail cactus??
…and… what is this unusual “beast”?

Thanks! It’s a hedgehog aloe. Planted this one only a month ago so it hasn’t rehydrated completely and stretched out it’s leaves but it has taken root really well so shouldn’t be too long before it decides to open up a bit more.

What size is this? Do you only use natural light? Grow light? I have all of the questions. I want mine to look like this.

This is 20 inches wide. I use sunlight and a grow light with all my succulents. The grow light is big and hangs 6 inches above it. I planted this one in December last year and it has filled out well.

I looooovve this collection!

Thanks! That is a rock.
