Can someone please tell me what this plant is!!

I’ve had her for a while now, but i feel like she’s not at her full potential. and i wanna make sure i’m taking care of her properly. As of the past couple of months, i’ve been treating her like a the other succulent in the pot. (which is a ‘Sempervivum arachnoideum’ or Cobweb Houseleek.. supposedly)
