I am new to cactus. Can someone confirm what I have ? Got this little guy for a steal at my local nursery. Suggestions on care would also be helpful.

Turns out it’s a peanut cactus (Echinopsis chamaecereus)  
Not exactly what I was hoping for but it will still be cool.
