Hi plant people, I need some Help! My elephant bush has this going on, on her leaves. She’s throwing out new growth but I noticed this today. What is it? Can I treat it? And how? Thank you in advance!

Looks like a similar mildew I recently got on my jade. I cleaned the leaves and sprayed neem oil and it fixed it

Also, try not to get the leaves wet while watering. Bottom water if that’s an option.
