# I got two of these teensy cactuses (cacti?🤔) terrariums yesterday.…

I got two of these teensy cactuses (cacti?🤔) terrariums yesterday. They’re about 1.5 inches tall at the top of the dome. They came with no information other than that they don’t need any care for three months, but I’m skeptical. I’m also clueless about cactuses because I’ve never had any before. There’s a little bit of grit at the bottom and some air holes, and I think you can unscrew the dome. I’d love to get some advice from folks who know about these prickly little guys! Thanks ahead of time! 💚

So cute 😍 I think it’s best to try to repot it in a regular pot with a draining soil mix soon, as there might be a risk it either will get too high humidity or get too warm in there. It can probably be in there for a little while longer but in the long run it will do best outside of the dome

I’ve had three cuties like this, I repotted two of them into pots (start really small and then upsize) and kept one of them in the glass dome. All still thriving two years in 😃 if you repot them: stick to Plantas schedule and if you keep it in the dome: just place it on a tray with water from time to time (might need to set a custom schedule for it). Keeping my fingers crossed!

Almost forgot: since it’s a cactus = make sure it gets enough light 😃
