😭is it gone??? I have had this plant (Elephant bush or mini jade) for 25yrs!!! Lived in the Central Valley of CA where lower elevation and not a very cold winter year after year. Now living in southern NM - high desert elevation, and temps in the mid-upper 50’s, covered in the below freeze nights…. And full sun during the days. But look!!!!😭. Is it lost? Or will she make a comeback in the spring???

I don’t have any advice but 25 years is fab! Hope it all works out xx

It’ll bounce back. It could use a pruning whether there’s dieback or not. If you haven’t already, get it out of the chilly air.

It’s quite heavy and so moving in and out isn’t an option. The jets why I was trying to cover nightly.
