# My pretty cactus came damaged 😭 I read online that If you trim it…

My pretty cactus came damaged 😭 I read online that  
If you trim it and then cocktail stick it and use hair ties or something along those like it will help it stick back together? I'm hoping this will help.

How long should I leave it? If this doesn't work could I plant the broken part into the soil?

Emailed the company waiting on a reply.

I’ve never tried to repair them. Usually let the broken piece callus up and then plant it. Most the time they’ll adapt and survive. That’s such a shame it was beautiful.  
This is the tip of one I broke a few months ago

I think it can work. Take the concept of how moon cactus are maid. Dragon fruit grafted to the moon cactus 🌵 you can google it 😉 good luck

This is what it's like today. Been spraying it with water every couple of days but any advise would be helpful!
