Can anyone help a girl out? This poor stapeliad is dying on me and I don’t know what to do!

It has drainage, I’m not sure what wrong, has anyone else had this problem?

I hate to say it, bit that may be toast. You said it has drai age, but is ithat white piece a cache pot? If so it was probably staying way to wet. If there's any green parts, you could try to prop them.
