Hey everyone I’m kinda new to succulents, I’ve only had one but I got three more and I want to make sure that they are all taken care of. Any tips or advice I can get to make sure they stay healthy?

Succulent are pretty easy!!

Just make sure you have a well draining soil, or add some perilite to a bag of succulent/cactus soil.

I reccomend plastic pots with drainage holes, i always add extra. NO SELF WATERING pots!!

Do not water until the soil is completely dry, over watering is the main cause that succulents do die. BUT when you do water, DROWN it! 🪴 hope this helps!!

They also have liquid succulent food but ive never used it!

I have a granular slow release succulent food I give my plants a couple times a year. I also have a liquid one I use about once a month on the babies that I’m up potting too often for the granular to be helpful. I find both to be helpful!😊

i second everything Kayla ann said!!!! well draining soil/drainage holes/bone dry dirt before watering are all necessities when growing succulents. it’s better to forget about them than pay too much attention!
