Does this little guy look healthy? This is the first time I’ve seen these little rosette offshoots. Should I leave them or maybe prop them?

Looks so happy! Those are flower buds 😍

That actually helps me too. I have an echeveria with a couple little shoots forming. I figured they were pups, but now I’m thinking they might be flowers. Still too small to tell, but they look a lot like this post!
