Hi! Does anyone know if this is a variegated prickly pear cactus or if that's just how they look normally? The only ones I've ever seen before were giant wild ones in Texas lol so I have no idea if this is just how they are!

Yup that's variegated. Regular ones are just that solid green color.

Mine has that cool variation on it too! Yours looks healthier than mine though haha
