I found a snail in my string of pearls, and now I’m worried about babies that I may not be able to see! Any tips on getting rid of them before I have a bigger problem??

If you’re treating it like a succulent \& keeping the soil pretty dry, then probably no babies. But if you’re very worried, you could try sprinkling some diatomaceous earth on there.
