Can this ginseng ficus be saved? Been neglected for a while and the leaves are falling off. Any advice?

i meaaaan its not so bad! it’s still got green leaves.. id check the roots and trim off all the dead leaves \& branches.. then i’d give it a healthy watering \& hope for the best :)

He's probably just thirsty. If it's gone a long time between waterings, the soil may be hydrophobic, but otherwise just resume regular care. I'd wait a while before trimming off dead sections because dehydrated ones can sometimes revive. If it doesn't make any new leaves when the rrst of the plant does, then you can be sure it's dead
