HELP!!!!!

I’ve done everything I can. I just don’t understand what’s happening to my string of hearts. I got her about 56 weeks ago. I’ve watered her when the app told me to and like I have no idea what I’m doing. I need help. It’s reveling up to water I don’t know what to do help me please .
