I have two alatas with this now and I’m wondering if it’s fungus? I clean them every month with peppermint soap and neem oil to keep bugs away but it’s not helping  
Update: I cut the damaged leaves off and cleaned with peppermint soap and neem oil. I also found out that it’s a ventracosa and not an alata as it is sold to me as on EBay lol
