A majority of the petioles are browning at the ends now. The plant has some flowers that last closed a couple weeks ago but the stem of the flowers is still mostly green. What stage is this plant in now? Is it still healthy?

Leaves dying is normal. If there’s new growth and dew it’s good. I’m guessing it has adequate light from the pics, so if no dew it needs more distilled water.
