Have you been giving it distilled water? Check the temperature.

Flytraps are outdoor plants. Give it as much direct sunlight as possible. Needs to be in a small tray of water so the soil is always moist, but not water logged. They also require a dormancy period during the winter. It’ll probably turn around once in more sunlight
