Spiders, flies, mealworms, etc

Any bugs that are small enough for the size trap. You can even feed them dried, but you have to stimulate the trap hairs with a toothpick. Damp fish food or bloodworms as well.

Also massage the trap once it’s already closed or it won’t fully seal
