Why did all my Venus flytraps heads die I fed it a dead fly it was getting plenty of sunlight I wasn’t leaving it in a dish of distilled water
All the traps turned yellow and died what did I do wrong? Also how long will it take for my traps to grow back

Also how long will it take for my trap to grow back?

Each leaf grows one trap and it’s normal for the trap to die after digesting a fly. The new leaves will grow from the center of the crown and then a trap on the end.
It’s vital that the substrate stays wet/moist for its survival. I fill the tray to water and leave it full until it dries then add more water.

The growth rate depends on how much sunlight it gets.
