# Hello, I have Venus Trap seeds but im contemplating in waiting for…

Hello,  
I have Venus Trap seeds but im contemplating in waiting for Spring to start planting them due to the dormancy phase looming later this month. I’m not keen on tricking nature and have it sprout earlier to then put it to sleep. Indoor light, 50/50 in Perlite and Peat Moss, and distilled water ready to go.

Im open to opinions for anyone who experienced this hesitation before. Thanks in advance!
