# Hi all! I have a Cape Sundew that is now about 10 months old. It’s…

Hi all!  
I have a Cape Sundew that is now about 10 months old. It’s doing well overall and has new growth, but is getting a bit of a trunk (see second photo— reminds me of a fern tree). Is this ok for the plant’s health? I’m fine with it getting tall but I know some other plant types don’t do well with getting leggy.

Also, how do you know when to repot?

You’re right, she would look beautiful under glass. But then she wouldn’t catch bugs which is why I got her and why she’s grown so much 😋

I was visiting Salt Lake City last year and got it from Hello Foliage. They have a web site and also ship plants.
