# Hi all, I was lucky enough to have an incredibly good first season…

Hi all,

I was lucky enough to have an incredibly good first season with my indoor fly trap that I bought back in June 2024. He was very healthy and had very large traps and lots of them!!

I have my fly trap in the fridge currently for a deep dormancy, to hopefully get an excellent second season out of him but I wasn’t sure when I should bring him out of dormancy? And what the proper procedure is??

I live in the UK in an old house so it’s pretty chilly still here so just after some advice on where I should place him and when I should bring him out of the fridge?

Thanks guys!

My very limited knowledge is to bring them out of dormancy after your last frost date or early Spring.
