Hi recently my soil for my Venus flytrap is turning grey? Never seen this before any tips?

That looks like mold

Change the soil check that the plant doesn’t have root rot

It’s mold, normal for decaying matter in the soil, you can leave it as is, as long as it’s not taking over the plant leaves or rhizome you’re fine. If it really bothers you, you can buy springtails online or even from petsmart, they eat mold and won’t harm plants.

Also water them with either distilled or RO water, their leaves look shriveled and that soil looks dry

Is the soil nutrient free? Venus flytraps cannot have ANY nutrients nor fertilizer AT ALL.
