Is it over for him?  
I've been using distilled water and hes got plenty of sun. Is this just dormancy? Some went full black and i took them off, but the big one is like stuck shut and is just spotted and partly yellow :(

My guess is dormancy

Looks like it had too much water. Try to take off all the dead leaves even the yellow ones and let it dry out. Mist with rain or distilled water every couple days. When the top inch of the soil is dry or it starts to look sad water it. Also this pot doesn’t look like it has the best drainage system. They need pots with good drainage. And I like to sit mine in a small container with a little bit of distilled water as it forms a humidity bubble over it. Hope this helps :)
