Sorry I know I’ve posted a lot but just curious found a website that said There are no benefits of a hard dormancy there is also no point in trying to make the plant colder. As long as the photoperiod has shortened. Is this true because mine is already dormant and I haven’t put it in cold at at?

It’s a mix of both iirc, the majority of what signals dormancy would be the photoperiod decreasing but the coldness helps too
