I just repotted my Chinese money plant but I accidentally ripped some roots off (could be a lot, I couldn’t really tell) should I be worried?

Plants can usually take roots being cut off or removed. If I’m repotting a root-bound plant and don’t want to upsize the pot, I cut off ~1/3 of the roots and don’t have problems. I think you’ll be okay, unless you went crazy!

Phew!! That makes me feel better.

In my experience, Pileas are pretty sensitive to repotting compared to other plants (root disruption or not). So, if it decides to act super dramatic in the next few months, don’t be surprised. Just keep doing what you’re doing and it’ll eventually bounce back. 🌿
