I need help with this rubber plant. I got him about 2 months ago. He was doing great but now hes limp and one leaf is turning orange/red/yellow. I just watered him because his soil was dry but hes been like this for about 2 weeks and i have no idea how to help him! (He has a grow light on everyday but i took the picture once the time was up so this is why its shady in the picture lol)

sounds like sunburn. ficus plants don't like too much light, especially not a grow light right above them.

Thank you!! Ill keep him in a little bit of shade with some light shining through from the other plants!
