# So my Fern has not been doing great and I have already repot him, put…

_Geplaatst door Ex-Plant Killer 🌱👌 op 2025-02-08_

So my Fern has not been doing great and I have already repot him, put him under glass dome and following Plantas schedule etc and he just wasn’t recovering.  
So before throwing it out I decided to “dig deep” literally 🤣  
I cut off even more roots and between them I found two wee tiny tiny green dots 🤩 So repotted him for the second time, this time in moss, perlite and bit off coco peet.  
Fingers crossed 🤞

I have overwatered it so many times that no wonder it’s taking that long for it to recover

It's easy to do. I just had to full on chop my frosty fern because it decided to mold 🤦🏽‍♀️

That's GREAT! I'm an official "Fern killer". I lost a button fern not so long ago, following all the instructions mind you, ugh! You go girl
