# Anyone know why this leaf is curving so much? The moisture is at a…

Anyone know why this leaf is curving so much? The moisture is at a level 5 so it’s not too dry or wet and I thought it was because of a lack of light but I turned it towards the window with the blinds up today and it curved more. It is the leaf on the right in the first picture, the second pic is after I turned it towards the window today. This is a giant elephant ear btw

My BOP did the same thing. It was suggested to move it a bit away from the grow light and more humidity. The leaves did uncurl eventually. Good luck

Did you check if it needs to be repotted? Or maybe it’s just loosing that leaf, my alocasia did that before pushing out a new leaf.

I just repotted her to a bigger pot 😔

Many plants will do that, usually it’s just a faze and at one point it will be more happy.

Ugh I hope, that stem drooped a lot more today but the others still seem healthy so hoping it’s just an older leaf’s time to go

If the care you were giving it before was good then I would stick to that and just wait it out.
