# Update on my jade plant in water, I’ve just changed the water for it…

Update on my jade plant in water, I’ve just changed the water for it after it’s been in it for a couple months, I just want to ask whether the roots are a normal colour or the brown is a sign of something else. Other than that concern it seems to be doing great and producing new growth

Looks normal just be sure to not change the whole glass of water, and also be sure to use room temperature water, if you can use rain water! Hope this helps x
