Does anyone have any suggestion/feedback? I don’t understand why the leaves are crumbling. Should I remove the crumbled leaves?

If the leaves feel dry then it’s under watered and if they feel soft \& the soil is moist - it might be root rot or over watered . I also think if then humidity is low then the leaves will look like that
