personal preference! it will focus energy on the flowers and seed production, instead of traps if you let it flower. if you want it to continue to put out traps, snip them

I personally let mine flower, but if you want more traps then cut em off!

As others said, it’s mostly preference. If you’re more aimed towards plenty of big traps, then removing the flowers may be better, as flowers take tons of energy for the plant. Another thing I highly recommend if you’re going to cut the flowers, cuttings can be used to propagate new plants! There’s lot of good videos on YouTube about doing this, just be warned that it certainly isn’t a fast quick process, and it’ll be years before you get a decent sized flytrap from this 😅
