Hi, I am just returning to this app and I just can’t find anything regarding a customer service link or post area. Can anyone point me to questions about the app or membership?

I have been trying to get a refund /cancellation for the subscription I accidentally purchased I t was for a year. No response from company. From what I read it does not seem to be a company I would ever again purchase anything
