I have bought several mini plants with a pot size of 5cm in diameter, when should I repot these? I can see roots at the bottom already but I feel like they have to adjust a bit before a repot right?

You can wait a day or two to adjust but if roots are coming out of the drainage holes then it's ready for a repot.
