# hey guys! i mostly just ignore my pilea here and water when planta…

hey guys!  
i mostly just ignore my pilea here and water when planta tells me because i get so so busy. she was on a struggle bus this spring with having the wrong soil and a bad watering schedule but has since upsized and been doing great! i found this curled leaf now and i’m also wondering what you do for your pileas to make them happy!  
Mine has: chunky soil, 12 hrs grow light plus a few hours of indirect light from the window, i fertilize almost every watering (extra diluted) with insecticide and fungicide.  
I’d like to get it out of that pot and into a plastic nursery one but I haven’t had any available to do so, and its not as much of an emergency as my others

I have a pliea too and mien does the same thing. Yours looks very healthy and I’ve head dying plieas and their curl is the opposite direction. It looks good and I don’t think h to e curly is anything to worry about. Although if you want a simple fix try moving the grow light directly on top of the plant and either rotate the plant or grow light. (This is my piles btw)

Pileas curl over literally anything so it can be hard to tell why. I didn’t know that there was reasoning to which way they curled though. Thanks! ☺️
