Yes there is drainage

First thought is that the pot looks too big. I'd transfer to a 4 or maybe 5 inch pot instead, depending on the size of the root ball. A too big pot can lead to too much water retention. While you're repotting, you can check the roots for rot.

Speaking of root rot, are you watering on Planta's schedule? It has a tendency to cause overwatering, so you've got to check and make sure the plant actually needs a drink first.

Final thought is soil. What kind of soil + drainage do you use? You might not have put enough perlite/pumice in your mix to keep it airy enough for the plant. I personally found my dieffenbachias grow better in Espoma African Violet mix than they did in a regular soil/perlite mix.

I do not have that kind of soil where would you suggest I get it from and I can definitely repot it thank you and no I don’t always use the schedule provided for me

I usually get my soil from Amazon. Hopefully a repot and some fresh soil will help your little one start to thrive!

Repot in some fresh soil my plants were turning yellow and wilting, transplanted into fresh soil Fox farm ocean forest (rich in nutrients)and they started to grow again, I hope this may help with your grow !
