Should I be concerned about my white sports? It looks good and there’s no pest by it but do you think I should be concerned?

It’s the jade’s way of shedding excess salts. Jades enjoy being bottom watered, but if you do bottom water it, giving a little water at the top and letting the water drain out every once in a while helps the plant drain the excess salts through the soil rather than expel it from its pores. It isn’t a big problem aside from the look, but if you don’t mind the look, it’s nothing to worry about! You can try wiping it every once in a while with a wet cloth or some isopropyl alcohol to reduce the risk of powdery mildew buildup as well, which can look similar to the effect of excess salt. Hope this helps!
