Try this, you’ll need to actually hand wipe every single leaf. Might need to change \& replace the soil also, since the infestation is so much based on your image. I’d do it as soon as possible because an infestation like that will completely destroy your plant as soon as tomorrow morning.

\& you’ll want to treat \& quarantine all the plants around that plant also.

It could be aphids. I can’t tell from the blurry photo. Aphids love new emerging tender leaves. They drop sticky nectar on the plant. You could put the plant under a spray hose like a shower to knock off the bugs if they are aphids. Then, use an insecticidal soap on the entire plant. Treat weekly for at least a month until they are gone. 🪴🍀

These are orange aphids. They come in black and a pastel green color too. These flowers were partially hidden before I noticed the issue. These sticky nectar on the leaf is their secretions that attract ants. Ants will farm them like dairy cows to get the nectar and block other insects. 🪴🍀

I use peppermint castial soap and neem oil with some water and all the pests run away 🤣🤪
