# I’m going to a plant shop tomorrow and I’m wondering if anyone has…

I’m going to a plant shop tomorrow and I’m wondering if anyone has any plant suggestions. The spot I’m planning on keeping the plant has a philodendron birkin, deiffenbachia, calathea (Calathea Freddie), spider plant, golden pothos, monstera albo, a maranta and a pink polka dot plant thriving and putting out consistent new growth each week.

I’m not opposed to getting the same species as one of my current plants, but I’m also looking for other ones as well!

I’ve enjoyed growing Epipremnum pinnatum albo. It’s gaining popularity in my area. Syngoniums are also fun

when i want plant inspo i look up suggested plants on youtube! if you haven’t tried a hoya yet, i recommend them! might be my favorite genus.

Syngoniums are beautiful and they are really fast growing depending on the species. Mine have done well anywhere I place them really, so long as they get good light.

I didn’t see Bird of Paradise in your collection or Aglaonema / Chinese Evergreen. These are two that I enjoy. Also Crotons with such rich colors are one of my favorites.

It depends on where you have a spot to put them that meet their needs.

Some that are pretty easy to care for are monstera, pothos (golden, N’Joy, marble queen, neon, etc.), scindapsus, adansonii, raphidophora tetrasperma, heart leaf philodendron, zz plant (my favorite), hoya krimson princess.

I definitely have my eye out for hoyas and a Zz plant!
