Just got this rubber plant from Home Depot since it was on my wishlist, it looks fine to me but wanted to double check 😁

Any tips on getting these to grow big and strong appreciated

I think I’m failing at mine, but I’ve heard they grow slow. I’m not sure.

Yes! Tip #1.. leave it alone 😂  
It can stand to be neglected a little bit. I let mine dry out between watering (but don’t let it stay dry too long). Make sure the soil isn’t compacted. I put mine under a grow light in a bright room. It’s far from the window so that is why I supplement some light. I think I would consider it indirect sunlight.  
This is a “low light” plant, but every plant likes sun ☀️

Definitely watch the watering. They easily get overwatered.
