# This is my brasil/heart leaf philodendron. I’ve been busy and…

This is my brasil/heart leaf philodendron. I’ve been busy and stressed so I didn’t keep up with watering my plants much and it used to have mold so that’s why it might look sad. I noticed this tiny leaf and realized that the stripe seemed pink and so did the stem it came off of. The underside of the leaf was even more pink/red. Why is this happening?

The new growth looks pinkish on a Philodendron Brasil.

Ohhh got it thanks so much 😂 this is a fairly new plant and I hadn’t seen much growth because of the problems so I was surprised when I saw pink!
