it may be too late for her 🥲 crown rot isn't really recoverable for aloe. i would ask for a refund, they sold the plant to you already dead.

If you can’t get money back, keep it around. Mine did that when we had a freeze and I left it outside. I cut back as much as I could of the diseased leaves and then it eventually started to grow back healthy.
