Also might be a humidity/ under watering thing??

Usually humidity in the air or around the plant doesn’t cause that. It usually happens when water is sitting on the leaves like water droplets that cause fungal infections!

Definitely agree with Maddie, it’s got some kind of infection, fungal, bacterial, pest related.
