It’s been a rough week for my plants outside here in Dallas. It started off strong on Tuesday morning with 80 mph winds (would’ve been tornado if swirling) and so much rain. Luckily, all of the “plants” survived but they lost almost all their flowers. The plants in the pot pictured below might have to go because they got torn up. This picture was taken just now when we got even more rain and a thunderstorm too.

I feel your pain. I live on the Texas gulf coast. We get the same storms including small hail. I got a broken ceramic pot because of high winds. We’re getting a severe thunderstorm each week. Excess sideways rain is the major issue. My plants are saturated even under a patio cover. I may have to move some back inside so they can dry out. ☹️
